Getting Status on an Order

To determine the status of your current order, please email our Customer Care Dept., and we will strive to respond to your inquiry within 48 hours..

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our service, our products, and our customers and we believe you will be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted only when an incorrect product is shipped. All returns must be completed within 30 days of the original ship date.

Payment Options

For retail customers, payment is due when the order is placed. We accept MasterCard and Visa. Credit terms of 30 days is available for wholesale customers (retailers and healthcare professionals), upon approval by completing our credit application.

International Orders

AAPco currently ships to Canada and South America, but please feel free to email us for special international requests.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS. For in-stock items, regular ground delivery is available every business day. Next day and second-day delivery is available for an additional fee.

Making Changes to an Order

While placing your online order, you can easily change the quantity of an item by going to Shop Online, and clicking on the "Remove" link, located at the far right of the item you wish to change.

If you have already Checked Out and the order has been placed, you will need to contact our Customer Care Dept. directly, to make any changes to your order. Please email us immediately at: info@aapcoonline.com so we can expedite your change.
